I’m Scott Carlson, a Nebraska Wesleyan University graduate, and I began my career with State Farm in 1993. In 2002, we opened the doors to our agency right here in Rapid City, SD, where I continue to help individuals and families prepare for the unexpected and feel confident about the road ahead. Whether it’s Life insurance to help safeguard your loved ones’ future, or Auto insurance and Home insurance to protect the places and vehicles you rely on every day, my goal is to make coverage decisions clear, practical, and easy to understand.

Outside the office, you’ll often find me on my mountain bike or enjoying our local ski slopes. I’m also proud to be a member of Elevate Rapid City, serve as a volunteer board member with Youth and Family Services, and actively support local youth and high school sports. Staying involved in the community matters to me, and it shapes how I serve the people who live and work here.

We enjoy helping people protect what’s important, autos, homes, life, and health, and we also focus on military and out‐of‐state transfers, aiming to make Auto insurance approachable and even enjoyable.
